Purchase and return policy

1.      Our office service hours (online shop, social media and phone support) are from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm CST Monday through Thursday, with the exception of Holidays in Mexico.

2.     All our items are made to order, the estimated production time is 2 weeks. Production times may vary during Holiday season.

3.     Prices are in Pesos and Euro. 

4.     Mai sleep well blanket is not liable to you for any damage resulting from the use or misuse of the products offered through our website. Any damage remains the responsibility of the user or his/her guardian.

5.     Purchasing process:

The purchasing process starts when payment is processed. The steps are the following:

1.      Mai sleep well blanket will provide the Customer with a purchase confirmation.

2.     Allow sufficient time for the product to be manufactured.

3.     Upon shipping Mai sleep well blanket will update the Customer in real time with the tracking number and carrier handling the package for an appropriate tracking thereof.

We recommend:  

            •          Check for package tracking with provided tracking number.

            •          Upon delivery check the contents of package.

            •          Costs of delivery for following zones Polanco, Roma and Condesa are 150 Mxn.

            •          For all other districts, areas, zones a cost will be calculated individually. 

Mai sleep well blanket is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items if the protection is not selected. 

All sales are final. Once the order is shipped NO cancellations, returns or modifications will be accepted.

At Mai sleep well blanket, we take pride in providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you happen to receive an item with any defect or fault caused by us, please don't hesitate to contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order. We will promptly address the issue at no cost to you.


However, it's essential to note that we won't be able to offer refunds or replacement pieces in cases where the damage results from modifications, improper use, or not following our care. We kindly ask our customers to handle the products with care.
